Due to the Covid-19 health crisis, the operations of the Lago Garden Hotel & Spa have been adapted to guarantee the safety of our guests and to comply with the established Spanish regulations.

Additional cleaning and hygiene measures have been implemented, operational processes and spaces have been adjusted and, consequently, some services may be affected.

Lago Garden Hotel & Spa has contracted the services of Biolinea to jointly develop and define Health Protocols for the prevention of COVID-19. Protocols included in Spanish regulations, in particular, the SPECIFICATION UNE 0066-2:2020, "Measures for the reduction of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection". Part 2: Hotels and tourist flats. Guidelines and recommendations" and SPECIFICATION UNE 0066-5:2020, "Measures for the reduction of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection. Part 5: Catering services. Guidelines and recommendations".

In addition, the hotel has carried out a COVID-19 prevention and control training plan for all staff, complemented with internal training in occupational risk prevention and in the practical application of preventive protocols.

Finally, the hotel receives and hosts quality audits from Biolínea, specifically for the correct implementation of preventive plans and cleaning and disinfection procedures. It also evaluates various health safety programmes of the hotel, with samples collected and analysed in the laboratory for their correct implementation.
